A blogger is
a website and an online tool which is used to create, edit and publish a blog. To
use this tool you need to create a Google Account and then after signing up you
can create a blog. It is an entirely free blogging service with free themes,
gadgets etc.
Content on a blogger site-
1. New Post- To create a new post, you need to click on the new post button which is in the top left of the screen.
2. Posts- This option is under the new post. To
see all your posts you need to click on this option. Here all your posts will be
available.
3. Stats- Stats option will let you see the statistics of your post. This includes your followers, posts, comments, all time views, today views, yesterday views, this month views, last month views, views on a particular day and graph of your latest posts with views. Sample of the stats content.
5. Earnings- Here all your earnings will be shown. Don’t ask
example of this tab. That’s a secret. 
6. Pages- In the pages option you will see all your WebPages created.
7. Layout- In layout section will can edit each and every single thing in your webpage. You can edit your ads, searches, add social handle & much more.
8. Themes- For all the customization lovers, here are we on the

9. Settings- Basic settings, privacy, comments, emails etc setting can be accessed from here.
10. View Blogs- From here you can access all the blogs.
